Amino acids - Why we need to analyze

Amino acid analysis is extremely important in this day and age of healthy living, longevity and leisure.

The main occurance of analysis is probably in medical research. As explained previously, amino acids are the 'building blocks' of life and appear in every part of the human body. If these 'building blocks' become disorientated, loss of health or even death may occur.

But why analyze these 'building blocks'
They are analyzed because it is now known that the disorientation is common to many illnesses and thus so called 'wonder drugs', operations etc, can re-orientate these 'blocks' and so bring health back.

This all sounds very simple but obviously many years of research goes into analyzing the differences and producing a substance which stops more disorientation and thus allows the body to function normally.

It is often said that prevention is better than cure, which is true (unless of course you alreasy have an illness). So analysis of varying stages in an illness can provide a basis for prevental medicine research.

Quality levels of food has to reach certain levels. Take animal feed for instance; the EEC passed a motion which states that animals cannot be fed certain hormones etc, but the farmer needs an economical, good quality feed which will rear the 'perfect' animals.
Analysis of the amino acids in the feed can help produce a feed with essential proteins etc in this feed, thus being able to produce a qualit product for his animals. This can also apply to human food - especially tinned and preserved products.
